Scrapbeak
Scrapbeak is the fourth Bounty boss (introduced in the As the Crow Flies event), a large bird-like creature carrying an enormous backpack in which it hoards all the World Items of its lair's compound. It switches between four melee weapons (Sledgehammer, Axe, Shovel, Pitchfork), screams loudly to mask ambient sounds, and fires barbed wire that causes bleeding during rage phases. During rage it randomly drops three loot items (weapons, lanterns, traps, med kits, ammo, tool boxes or traits).
⚔ Weaknesses / how to kill
Highly vulnerable to Poison Ammo and to piercing damage (pitchfork, bayonet). Piercing melee from behind bypasses its backpack armor. Avoid fire and explosives, which burn its dropped loot and make it unusable. It is vulnerable while attacking.
Where: Spawns in a Boss Lair inside a compound; not map-specific. Lairs are marked by scattered feathers, bird skulls and unusually large crow flocks.
verified=false. Shares a visual likeness with the Hunter Scourge: Midian. Can break lights and accidentally ignite itself.
