The Rat (Tona Ramirez / The Drowned Rat)

Tona Ramirez was a criminal from birth, inheriting both her father's nickname and his tale of lost fortune after burying him in an unmarked grave on the border. After her death, lifeless and decaying, she sank forever; at forever's end a ritual was performed, the hearts of a hundred sailors set aflame, reversing her decomposition. She was resurrected as The Drowned Rat, her mind fractured between worlds and charged with saving only one of them. Her design pays homage to Tuco Ramirez from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
