Meathead
The Meathead is a headless, bloated humanoid behemoth with leeches for hair that is nearly blind and relies on its leeches as sensors. It spawns five fast-moving leeches that spread out and alert it to nearby Hunters (detecting poisoned Hunters within ~15 m), after which it charges and strikes with an axe-like hook, grappling hook or scythe (the scythe causes bleeding). Killed leeches continuously respawn.
⚔ Weaknesses / how to kill
Safest killed at range with explosives (Bomb Launcher, Bomb Lance, Dynamite Stick). A stealth alternative is seven unbuffed bolts/arrows from a Crossbow or Hunting Bow. Its limited sight makes ranged and quiet approaches effective; limbs can be dismembered.
