The Empress (Emelia B. Bryant)

A love of arachnids drove Emelia B. Bryant to become a Hunter, and after she was kidnapped and ritually gutted, that same love saved her — she awoke with her wounds woven shut by spiders. Now devoted to their webs, she believes herself to be the mother of the Bileweavers. The character is inspired by the real arachnologist Elizabeth B. Bryant.
