The Cowl (Horatio)

Horatio was obsessed with insects and hierarchies from childhood, and his anarchist belief that leaders should be eliminated got him discharged from Officer Academy. He became an assassin, using his knowledge of anatomy to strike for maximum destruction, work that brought him to the corrupt bayou. After the Assassin nearly killed him and beetles swarmed his body, he had an epiphany that the creatures thrived with no leaders, driven only by base instinct, and became The Cowl to serve as a truer instrument of the Corruption.
